Hello Runners!

A couple of IMPORTANT items to note in preparation for tomorrow's Hearnish Freezeroo!
  • At the request of the Monroe County Department of Transportation, the race course will be run in reverse! (Fear not, we don't mean running backwards!) The course will be reversed - in essence, run counter clockwise. We will have updated maps on site tomorrow morning for the race, and road marshals to keep you on the right track. This change is for the safety of all runners!
  • Also in the interest of safety, we would like to remind all runners to run on the shoulder facing traffic and to yield to motorists.
  • If you are a series runner, please remember to bring your reusable race bib! You have the same bib and the same number for all series races.
If you have any questions or concerns, please direct them to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
We are looking forward to seeing you tomorrow for a great race!
