The Rochester Marathon includes a Half Marathon (13.1 Mile), a Full Marathon (26.2 Mile) and a Team Relay (3 – 4 members).  It is a participatory and spectator friendly event that starts in Maplewood Park and finishes at Frontier Field.

It features a beautiful, scenic course with breathtaking views along the historic Genesee River. It has the perfect mix of elevation changes to keep you challenged. You’ll have overwhelming crowd support from neighbors and volunteers and inspiration from the thousands of runners alongside you.

All registrants receive a gender-specific, 1/4 zip, long-sleeve technical shirt. Participants who are registered by August 15, 2018 will get their first name pre-printed on a custom bib. All finishers will receive a unique finisher’s medallion as they cross the finish line.

Running to Remember

Sun. 23 Sep, 2018 3:00 pm

A 5k to honor local children who have passed away.  it was started in memory of Dante Mastrosimone, who died at 5 years old from brain cancer.  through the years, we have added more local children:  Ashley Nagel, Lizzy Spencer, Christie Simonetti, Amanda Conrow, Courtney Wagner, Stella and Luca Gagliano, Grace Espisito, and Lydia Tata.  The proceeds go to Golisano Childrens Hospital, CURE, and other charities of the families choice.  It is a very easy route, certified 5k course through Mendon Ponds Park.  We let paper lanterns go for each child at the end of the race. We decorate the route with poster dedicated to each child.  Please help us increase awareness by posting on your website,
