Yes, GRTC is still doing the MILEstone patch awards for 2020! This has been an unusual year filled with many virtual experiences as opposed to in person races. We will count any verifiable virtual races that you have done towards your miles for the patch along with all in person races (running only).
Bronze (50-99 miles)
Silver (100-199 miles)
Gold (200-299 miles)
Platinum (300+ miles)
This year we’ve added an extra column. Let us know which races were in person versus virtual. You can use the attached spreadsheet to submit your totals or whatever works for you. In the past Wilt has accepted stone carvings, napkins, messages left on voice mail, and barely legible scribbles on an envelope stuffed under the windshield. Times have changed so please make your submission in electronic form!
The deadline for submitting your totals is 11:59 pm January 13, 2021. You must be a GRTC member in good standing. Since there will not be a banquet in 2021 all patches will be mailed. Now may be a good time to make sure your address is up to date with GRTC.
