The GRTC Summer Picnic is Saturday, August 20, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Acorn Shelter of Durand Eastman Park at Log Cabin Road, Rochester, NY 14617.
Come out and join the group for an early lunch and a variety of activities. Food will be provided by CoreLife Eatery with a variety of serve-yourself options to satisfy a wide variety of dietary needs. Menu is online at the registration page, https://runsignup.com/Race/NY/Rochester/GRTCSummerPicnic. Members get in at half price at $10. Guests will be $20. Registration closes 8/19/2022.
Schedule
10 a.m. (or shortly thereafter): Choice of trail or road fun run/walk
11 a.m.: Food arrives; lunch follows once it’s set up
12 p.m. – 12:15 p.m.: Trivia
12:15 – 3 p.m.: Lawn games, tabletop games, and socialization.
Participants are welcome to bring their own games to add to the mix!
