Kaye, one more thing – there is no medal for this race series but there is really good post race food, and you get a participation prize if you sign up for the series.
Hi Marie. I apologize for responding so late – I didn’t get any notifications for questions, and will have to look into why. 5 of the 6 Freezeroos start at 10 am. There is a 20 minute “early start” for all races longer than 4.5 miles, if you believe your pace will be slower than a 10:30 min/mile. The only race that starts at 9 am is the Valentines Run on 2/8/20, which starts at 9 am, with an early start at 8:40 for that one.
What is the distance, time of the race, and is there a medal?
Hi Kaye. I apologize for this extremely late response. Attached is the link to run signup. It gives you the details on each Freezeroo race: https://runsignup.com/Race/NY/Rochester/FreezerooSeriesIndividualRace.

How do I enter?

Can we speed walk
Certainly! If you think you will be slower than a 10:30 min/mile pace, I would advise the 20 minute early start.
Do all the Frezzeroos start at 10?
